PurePelt Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for full details.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe (United Kingdom). Below are the exact shipping rates and estimated delivery times as configured at our checkout:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through our carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. PurePelt is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@purepelt.com. We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
