Order Cancellation Policy

At PurePelt, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because our order fulfillment process is automated, please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Requesting a Cancellation

• Time Window: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched from our distribution facility, whichever comes first.

• How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email our support team at support@purepelt.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]".

• Confirmation: Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return once you receive the package, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Orders Cancelled by PurePelt

PurePelt reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability.

• Pricing or technical errors on our website.

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• Incomplete or unverified customer information. In such cases, customers will be notified via email and issued a full refund.

3. Refund Processing

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
