At PurePelt, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. Because our orders are fulfilled through our professional distribution partners, we follow standardized return procedures to ensure your request is handled quickly and efficiently.

1. Return Window

You may return items within 30 days after the ship date for a full refund, minus applicable shipping and gift wrap charges.

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Ensure the product is in its original packaging and unused.

• Step 2: Include your Order Number clearly inside the package.

• Step 3: Ship the package to the following return address: PurePelt Returns 5 Plant Avenue, Hauppauge, NY 11788, United States

(Note: Shipping this to our designated return facility ensures your refund is processed promptly.)

3. Return Shipping & Labels

• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Return Labels: If you require a return label for your convenience, please contact us at support@purepelt.com. If a return label is provided, a $6.95 USD deduction will be made from your final refund to cover the label usage.

• Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. You can expect a refund to be processed to your original method of payment within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned item.

5. Important Conditions

• Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and seals intact.

• Final sale, opened, or altered items are not eligible for return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages.
