We want you to shop with confidence at PurePelt. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

 

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective.

 

Return Conditions

To be accepted for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

       Unused and unworn

       In original packaging with all tags and labels intact

       Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

       Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email us at support@purepelt.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Wait for our team to review your request (typically within 1–2 business days).

Step 3: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Step 4: Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. If you need an exchange, please mention it when you contact our support team. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

       Items returned after 30 days of delivery

       Used, washed, or altered items

       Items without original packaging or tags

       Final sale or discounted items
